    You are suggested to first look in the mailbox, entrance area, lawn, neighbors, and other locations where packages are often delivered. Sometimes the courier will also deliver to these places. Or you can contact your local post office to see if they can find it. If we cannot locate it, we will either send you a new one or issue a refund.If you still could not find it after that, please contact us ASAP.
  • Q. What if the tracking is delayed or returned back to sender?

  • Q. Why the tracking doesn't update for a long time?
    Airlines across the region may be forced to reroute or reschedule flights impacting transit times at border crossings across the countries and districts. Don't worry though,it is advised to track the order online every 3-5 days to have the most up-to-date information on the shipping progress.
  • Q. Can I make special logistics requests, such as scheduled delivery, designated delivery time, etc.?
    Sorry to tell you that we currently do not support special logistics requests such as scheduled delivery or designated delivery time. You are suggested to contact your local post office or courier to make an appointment for these services.
